You Need to Be 18+

To use Bonding Bowls, you must be at least 18 years old. By signing up, you're confirming that's true and that you have the legal right to accept these terms. No exceptions.

Singpass Authentication

You sign up with Singpass, and your identity is verified against government records. That's on you to be honest. If we catch you lying or using someone else's ID, we're deleting your account and potentially reporting it to authorities.

Your Account is Your Responsibility

Your password, your device, your login—guard them. If someone hacks your account because you left it open, that's on you. Tell us immediately if something feels wrong, but don't expect us to undo losses from your own negligence.

Keep Your Profile Honest

Use real photos. Use your actual age. Don't impersonate anyone. If we find fake profiles or repeated violations, you're out. No second chances for fraud.

Don't Be a Jerk (And Other Ground Rules)

Specifically, don't:

• • Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone
• • Share explicit content without consent
• • Ask people for money (or gifts, or valuables)
• • Catfish or run romance scams
• • Use fake, stolen, or misleading photos
• • Spam, hack, or try to break the app
• • Do anything illegal or break local laws
• • Stalk, doxx, or collect private info about users

We have zero tolerance. Do any of this and you get banned immediately. We may report you to police if it's serious enough.

Your Content is Yours (Mostly)

You own your photos, messages, voice prompts, whatever. By posting them here, you're giving us permission to use them to run the app—showing them on profiles, using them for matching, storing them securely. You can delete anything anytime. Once you do, we'll remove it within 30 days.

You also confirm that whatever you upload is yours or you have permission to share it. If you upload someone else's photos, we will ban you.

Our App, Our Rights

Bonding Bowls, our logo, our code, our features—all ours. You can't copy, modify, or resell any of it without permission. Don't reverse-engineer the app. Don't scrape our data. Don't use bots. We'll catch you and take legal action.

We're Not Liable for Much

Here's the legal stuff: Bonding Bowls is provided "as-is." We don't guarantee it'll never break. We're not responsible for:

• • What other users do to you (though we try to prevent it)
• • Broken links or third-party services we connect to
• • Lost data or service interruptions
• • Any indirect damages from using this app

The most we'd owe you is what you paid us in the past 12 months. Some places don't even let us say that, so check your local laws.

Safety is on You Too

We moderate the app and remove bad actors, but meeting strangers is risky. Protect yourself:

• • Meet in public places
• • Tell a friend where you're going
• • Don't send money to people you just met
• • Trust your gut

If someone bothers you, use our report feature or email support@bondingbowls.com. Block them. Don't engage.

Payments & Subscriptions

All prices in SGD. We can change prices anytime, but we'll give you 30 days' notice before it affects your billing. Subscriptions renew automatically—cancel anytime in your settings if you don't want that.

• • All purchases are final. No refunds, sorry.
• • We don't refund partial months.
• • If billing was fraudulent or service wasn't delivered, you have 14 days to request a refund.
• • Free trials end and charge you unless you cancel before expiration.

Voice Messages

Optional feature. Your voice data is encrypted and stored securely. You can delete your voice profile anytime. We use it for matching and authenticity, nothing else.

We Can Kick You Off

We can suspend or delete your account if you:

• • Break these terms or our Community Guidelines
• • Use the app illegally or fraudulently
• • Threaten or endanger other users
• • Stop paying for a paid feature
• • Don't log in for 12+ months
• • Get reported repeatedly

We'll try to give you notice, but for serious stuff (threats, fraud), we remove you immediately. Want your data back? You have 90 days to request it after deletion.

We May Change the App

We might add features, remove features, or shut down the whole thing. If it's a big change, we'll tell you. We're not liable if you don't like it.

These Terms May Change

We may update this anytime. If something major changes, we'll email informed users and post in-app notices. If you keep using the app after that, you're accepting the new terms.

Settling Disputes

Before suing us:

1. 1. Email support@bondingbowls.com with what's wrong
2. 2. We'll try to fix it within 30 days
3. 3. If that doesn't work, we'll try mediation
4. 4. If that fails, you can take us to court

All legal stuff is governed by Singapore law and Singapore courts.

You're Responsible for Your Actions

If you break these terms and harm someone, you're on the hook legally and financially. You agree to defend us if someone sues because of what you did.

The Legal Stuff

This agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies listed on the site make up the complete deal. If any part of this is found invalid, the rest still stands. If we don't enforce a rule once, we can still enforce it later. Anything that should survive after you delete your account (like legal claims) will.
